Like many immigrant families, the idea of achieving the American dream has always been something worth aiming for. In 1975, our family left Vietnam to pursue just that. For years, the idea of owning our own small family restaurant serving healthy Vietnamese food has always been just a thought, until an opportunity opened up for our sisters in 2019.
